Description

The Driveway in-ground LED system is a heavy-duty specialized solution consisting of two complementary aluminum profiles. The upper LED lighting channel is designed to be resin-filled, creating a completely waterproof in-ground lighting fixture. This is mounted on top of a base profile which is embedded in the driveway sub-surface and supports the system with loads up to 30kN - suitable even for light vehicle traffic.

The lower base profile has sufficient space available inside its cavity to allow wiring and connections to be safely contained within this driveway light system, without running separate cables into the concrete or asphalt. The upper waterproof LED light profile is secured in place with stainless steel screws, allowing it to easily be lifted for maintenance.

Once this profile is correctly encapsulated with resin, it forms a completely waterproof IP68-rated heavy-duty outdoor LED light solution which is ideal for driveway lights in concrete or asphalt as well as pedestrian path border LED lights and another wet or outdoor ground-level lighting.

There are three ways that you can choose from to achieve a complete in-ground linear LED light system:

1. Contact us to order a custom specification UL-rated, IK10 waterproof and salt-waterproof resin-encapsulated LED fixture fully assembled and tested by the manufacturer in Europe.
2. Contact us to order a custom specification in-ground LED light system which we will assemble and CNC resin-encapsulate to specification at our micro-factory here in the USA.
3. Order this bare aluminum profile and the accessories, plus LED strip light, and assemble your own DIY in-ground LED fixture.
