Single Color LED Strip Lights for Signs and Architectural Lighting

Fixed-color LED tape keeps wiring straightforward because each strip needs only a compatible constant-voltage driver for full-brightness operation. Carnation Series options cover red, green, blue, amber, and white applications, while Honey Suckle models provide narrow high-CRI tape for compact profiles and color-sensitive lighting. Decor Series products suit lower-power ambient installations, and waterproof formats extend the same concept to exposed locations. Available 12V and 24V systems work across signage, cabinetry, bathroom niches, stairs, displays, vehicles, and other low-voltage lighting projects.

12V vs 24V Static Color LED Strip

A 12V strip suits vehicles, boats, compact signs, and other projects already built around a 12V DC supply. A 24V system handles longer lighting runs more efficiently and generally experiences less voltage drop when cable size and power-feed placement are correct. Choose voltage first, then compare strip width, LED density, watts per meter, cut intervals, and environmental protection. Narrow tape fits compact aluminum profiles, while IP68 versions suit installations exposed to moisture when every cut, joint, and cable entry is correctly sealed.

Our Single Color LED Tape with Custom Assembly Support

We supply the strip, aluminum profile, diffuser, driver, dimmer, wire, and connectors needed to build a complete fixed-color lighting system. Our Knoxville team can also prepare soldered leads and plug-and-play assemblies when standard reel connections do not suit the project. Waterproof fabrication and resin filling are available for suitable custom applications. In-stock products ship the same day from Tennessee, while bulk pricing supports larger signage and commercial projects. We can check voltage, connected load, run length, profile width, and control requirements before you order

Carnation Series - Single-color LED strip

This Series includes blue LED strip light, green LED strip light, red LED strip light, and yellow LED strip light. Yellow LED tape is also called amber-led strip light as it is more orange in color than a green-yellow.

The Carnation Series is available in 60,120, and 180-led strip configurations.

Honeysuckle Series - Thin single-color LED strip

The Honey Suckle Series has a very narrow pcb (5mm) but is a high output, dense led strip at 180led per meter. This Series is available in red, yellow, green, and blue led strip versions.

Baltic Ivy Series - Bendable LED strip

The design of the Baltic Ivy series PCB allows you to zig-zag the LED strip due to its shape and flexibility. Bendable LED tape light is often used in the signage industry to light the inside of channel letters.

Our bendable LED strip lights are available in 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K. They are also available in standard colors such as blue, red, green, and amber.

Pros & Cons of using single-color LED strips

  • Most static color LED strip accessories tend to be more affordable than color-changing lighting systems. (For instance, a green LED light strip only needs the LED driver to function. On the other hand, an RGB color-changing LED strip will also need a way to control the colors.)

  • Easy installation - Single-color LED lights don't require a controller to operate. Connecting it to a dimmer or smart controller is optional.

  • All sorts of installations can use indoor and waterproof outdoor strips.

  • Single-color LED strips do not allow for easy switching between different colors.

FAQs

Can I use Green LED strip lights for boats or kayaks?

Yes, you can also use our Green LED strips for marine applications. We can make completely waterproof lighting for boats by putting our Green strip inside our waterproof LED channels and filling the fixtures up with LED resin in order to create marine green LED strip lights.

What can 12V Amber LED strip lights be used for?

You can use 12V LED amber strip lights for marine LED lighting such as boat lighting and also automobile applications. A transformer won't be needed because most vehicles use a 12V battery system. For instance, an Amber LED light strip for trucks is a great use.

Can I control single-color LED strips using my phone?

Yes, whether you want to use Amber, Green, Blue or Red LED light strips, you can easily connect them to a smart controller. This will allow you to sync them to your smartphone. Check our controllers here: LED Dimmers and Controllers.

Are Yellow LED strip lights the same as LED amber light strips?

Yellow LED light strips are often referred to as amber LED tape lights because the color is more of an orange-yellow color than a green-yellow.

Which LED color is good for eyes?

Warm colors like yellow and warm white (2700K–3000K) are best for the eyes as they reduce strain and glare. Avoid blue and cool white light, especially at night, as they can cause eye fatigue and disrupt sleep.

What LED color is best for sleep?

The best LED color for sleep is warm red or amber light because it has the least impact on melatonin production and helps promote relaxation.

Can you control individual LEDS on a strip?

Yes, but it depends on the type of LED strip. Addressable LED strips allow individual control using a compatible controller, while standard strips change colors as a whole.

How to turn on LED light strip without remote?

You can turn on an LED light strip without a remote by plugging it directly into a power source, using an inline switch if available, controlling it through a compatible smartphone app or smart home system, or wiring it directly to a power source while ensuring the voltage matches.

How to connect LED lights to Bluetooth?

To connect LED lights to Bluetooth, follow these steps:

1. Select a Compatible Bluetooth LED Controller: Ensure the controller is compatible with your LED strip type

2. Connect the Controller to Power – Use a compatible power adapter or LED driver to supply electricity.

3. Attach the LED Strip – Connect the LED strip to the controller, matching the wiring correctly.

4. Download the App – Install the corresponding mobile app

5. Pair the Controller with Bluetooth – Open the app and follow the instructions to connect your LED lights.

6. Customize and Control – Once paired, use the app to adjust brightness, colors, and settings

Why are my LED light strips 2 different colors?

Your LED light strips may be showing two different colors due to:

1. Wiring Issues – Incorrect or loose connections can cause uneven power distribution.

2. Voltage Drop – Long strips may lose voltage, affecting brightness and color.

3. Controller or Remote Issues – A faulty controller can send incorrect signals.

4. Different Batches – LEDs from different production runs may have slight color variations.

5. Damaged or Defective LEDs – Some LEDs may be failing, altering the color.

Check connections, power supply, and controller settings to troubleshoot the issue.
