With many years of combined experience in signage manufacture, lighting design and general engineering, our team is ready to assist you with your project.
We have our own micro-factory and offer quick turn around times - no job is too small for us!
Our fully-equipped micro-factory has an array of machinery: CNC routers, laser cutters, plastic benders, a CNC water jet cutter, a CNC foam cutter, 3D printers, and a resin filling machine. These capabilities allow us to serve many interesting niche industries and do many custom and one-off manufacturing projects.
Some areas of expertise
Aluminum composite panel (ACM)
As experienced ACM fabricators, we have experience in cutting, grooving, punching, drilling, bending, rolling and many other fabrication techniques used with aluminum composite sheet to create a virtually unlimited variety of complex forms and shapes.
Our experience includes working with many of the famous brands and projects involving Alucobond® fabrication, Alpolic® cladding and Dibond® signs.
Acrylic and Polycarbonate
We can laser cut and CNC route acrylic and polycarbonate sheeting to your design for one-off projects or low- and medium-volume production runs. Wire4Signs has experience in fabricating from acrylic sheet including plexiglass, Plexiglas® and Perspex®, as well as polycarbonate (PMMA) sheet including Lexan™.
Foam
We can cut foam to your design for one-off projects or low- and medium-volume production runs. We have the capability to do 2D and 3D work, including profiles, columns, and turn table and lathe work.
Resin filling
Wired4Signs has in-house computer-controlled resin filling facilities for creating fully waterproof custom LED lighting solutions suitable for installation outdoors or in wet locations such as showers, bathrooms and saunas.
