Aluminum composite panel (ACM)
As experienced ACM fabricators, we have experience in cutting, grooving, punching, drilling, bending, rolling and many other fabrication techniques used with aluminum composite sheet to create a virtually unlimited variety of complex forms and shapes.
Our experience includes working with many of the famous brands and projects involving Alucobond® fabrication, Alpolic® cladding and Dibond® signs.
Acrylic and Polycarbonate
We can laser cut and CNC route acrylic and polycarbonate sheeting to your design for one-off projects or low- and medium-volume production runs. Wire4Signs has experience in fabricating from acrylic sheet including plexiglass, Plexiglas® and Perspex®, as well as polycarbonate (PMMA) sheet including Lexan™.
Resin filling
Wired4Signs has in-house computer controlled resin filling facilities for creating fully waterproof custom LED lighting solutions suitable for installation outdoors or in wet locations such as showers, bathrooms and saunas.
