Terms & conditions for returns
- All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Wired4Signs.
- Returns are only accepted if we are notified within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be received by Wired4Signs in unused original condition.
- Wired4Signs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
- All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Only the value of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are excluded.
Items that are ineligible for return
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items purchased on final sale
- Items not returned in their original condition
- Items returned with missing parts
- Cut-to-size items
- Sneeze guards
- Custom produced items
Our returns and refund process
Please contact us first to arrange the return. Once we have agreed to accept the return, please re-package your purchase and forward it to us as per the "Shipping of returns and exchanges" section below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be accepted at our discretion.
When your return is received, we will inspect it and then send you an email to notify you that we have received it and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are charged a restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow us two business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process your refund.
Late or missing refunds
Please note that some refunds may take up to 14 days to post back to your statement, depending on the payment method and banking institution.
If your refund was approved and you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company or bank to confirm their processing times. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Our exchanges process
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange your exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will be accepted at our discretion.
Once we have agreed to accept the return, please re-package your purchase and ship it to us as per the "Shipping of returns and exchanges" section below.
We will ship you the replacement items following the terms agreed upon when we arranged the exchange.
Shipping of returns and exchanges
To return your product, please ship it to 7669 Clinton Highway, Powell, TN 37849, attn Jordan. If you provide us with package dimensions and weight, we can create a return label for you which we will email to you to print.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Wired4Signs does not guarantee delivery of returns once the item has been handed over to the shipping agent.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are receiving an exchange, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
