We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States for orders over $350 provided the products are not longer than 94" (2390mm) due to freight handling restrictions. For more information, please review our full shipping policy.

- All returns are at the sole discretion of Wired4Signs.
- Returns are only accepted if we are notified within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned items must be received by Wired4Signs in unused original condition.
- All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Only the value of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are excluded.
What does backorder mean?
What does backorder mean?
This means that stock is temporarily unavailable, but is on its way from our suppliers in the U.S. and Europe to our warehouse in Tennessee. This usually takes up to 14 days.
When you purchase products which are on backorder, we will get in touch with you regarding the expected arrival date and contact you if there are any unforeseen delays.
If you'd rather not order without knowing the expected lead time, you can contact us first and we'll let you know how soon we'll have the product in stock.
