Description
The Sierra65 Flex series is a round silicone rubber LED lighting tube with a 2.56" diameter manufactured in the USA. It features a mounting rail that holds our Yukon aluminum LED mounting plate (not included), which functions as a physical carrier and heatsink for the LED strip.
The tubes appear solid white when unlit, and take on the LED color when illuminated. This is particularly striking when combined with RGB or pixel LED strips.
These tubes are flexible and so can be used for making curved light fixtures. However, the necessary accessories for this are still in development. Straight fixtures are already possible using the Yukon.
The large diameter of these tubes makes them especially effective for architectural and feature lighting in spacious environments such as theater halls, event venues, and outdoor installations.
Made with commercial-grade silicone rubber, the Sierra65 Flex series is UV stable and offers durability and flexibility for a wide range of lighting applications. They're also RoHS and REACH compliant.
The Sierra65 Flex is available in extra long lengths on request.
