Our SLW15 LED Extrusion provides a "dots free" diffusion for most LED Strips. This LED channel is a favorite choice for those who have invested in the Phillips Hue LED light strip or Lifx LED light strip as it comfortably houses the strip. It also works very well with our White Iris LED strip which is a high density LED lightstrip that provides even lighting.

Please note: This profile is not suitable for use with the outdoor Phillip's Hue strip because the width of the outdoor strip does not fit.

The SLW15 Surface Mount Philips Hue Light Strip Channel is a wide aluminum LED channel designed for LED strips wider than normal. This is because the inner dimension of the profile is 18mm (0.71") wide. In addition, the high-quality, thick aluminum assures a perfect heat dissipation for LEDs and gives a modern effect.

So although we call it a Surface Mount Philips Hue Lightstrip Channel, it can also accommodate other LED strips available on the market such as double row LED strips, RGB strips, digital RGB led strip or waterproof LED strip. The wide diffuser on the Philips Hue Lightstrip Channel does not distort the angle of light rays and has a quality look.

The Surface Mount Philips Hue Light Strip Channel can also be purchased with a choice of two snap-in UV-resistant LED channel diffuser:

• OPAL WHITE frosted is milky led strip diffuser cover and therefore give maximum diffusion
• CLEAR smooth - which obviously gives maximum light output but no diffusion
