Description

The tempSensor DIN is a smart WiFi temperature sensor designed for precise temperature monitoring across residential, commercial, and industrial installations.

It supports up to 4 independent IP68-waterproof BleBox tempProbe probes (sold separately) with cable lengths up to 100 meters, each capable of measuring from -55°C to +125°C, ensuring accurate readings even in distant locations without WiFi coverage. A temperature offset can be set per probe to calibrate them if the measurements are not accurate. For aesthetic wall mounting of the probe, the cable outlet with frame is recommended, available as an optional accessory.

The current temperature measurements are accessible in real time through the wBox app, and it is possible to create device groups and read data in from multiple probes and sensors simultaneously. Historical data per probe is available with up to 12 months of history, presented on interactive charts for easy analysis. It also shows the trend of temperature changes based on fuzzy logic, facilitating more accurate analysis. Data can be exported to CSV or Excel files for deeper analysis, archiving, or whatever else you want.

The tempSensor DIN can send customizable alerts and push notifications (e.g., temperature threshold alerts, reports) directly to your smartphone. It also enables automation in combination with other BleBox controllers – such as controlling heating, cooling, blinds, lighting, or fans. Its integration with other BleBox sensors (humidity, rain, wind, air quality, sunlight) also makes it a reliable part of a complete WiFi weather station.

The tempSensor DIN offers local control and remote access from anywhere in the world, with the ability to share control among multiple users. It integrates with Google Home and Amazon Alexa, allowing you to monitor temperature in the Google Home or Amazon Alexa app and query the temperature by voice.

The tempSensor DIN is mounted easily on a DIN rail and is powered by 230V AC. It features a probe self-diagnosis system (detecting measurement errors and damaged cables) and a front panel with RGB backlighting that signals the current operating status – facilitating quick diagnosis and operation, especially in installations with multiple devices.
