Description

The shutterBoxDC is a smart wireless controller that allows you to control roller blinds and shutters remotely via smartphone, driving them to preset positions. This touchless blind controller uses your existing WiFi network for remote access via smartphone, without needing additional control panels or radio bridges. It supports intelligent commands like “close the roller blinds to 70%,” and can control multiple units simultaneously through scenes and groups.

The shutterBoxDC can manage any 12-24V DC low-voltage motors for various applications including internal shutters, blinds with slats, projector screens, awnings, roof windows, adjustable height tables, curtains, air dampers, and actuators, making it perfect for both home and DIY projects.

For blinds with slats, the shutterBoxDC allows independent control of roller shutter and slat positions to adjust light levels. The schedule and astronomical clock functions enable automatic operation based on time and geographical location, ensuring consistent control throughout the year.

Voice control compatibility with Google Home and Alexa allows for convenient operation via voice commands. It can also pair with rechargeable uRemote, sRemote battery, and inBox battery module for wall buttons, operating via μWiFi without needing a WiFi network. Multiple remotes can be paired with one receiver and vice versa.

Central control is possible using powered modules from the actionBox family, facilitating integration with alarm systems for automated roller shutter control when the alarm is armed. BleBox sensors enable WiFi automation for enhanced functionality, such as windSensor PRO for wind protection, airSensor for air quality control, rainSensor for rain protection, and tempSensor for managing heat.
