Description

The RUNNING-LIGHT-CASAMBI is an SPI controller designed for pixel-to-pixel control of digital programmable and addressable LED strips. It supports RGB, RGBW, and Tunable White (TW) digital LED strip light effects, making it ideal for dynamic architectural, commercial, and decorative lighting applications. This SPI LED controller operates with a constant voltage external SELV power supply ranging from 5–12–24 Vdc, with output voltage equal to the input voltage.

This Casambi SPI controller enables both local and remote control. Local control is available via a Normally Open (N.O.) pushbutton input, while remote control is achieved through Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) using the Casambi mobile app. The app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Through the mobile application, users can configure key parameters including Integrated Circuit (IC) LED type, colour type, pixel number, effect colour, speed, direction, background, transition settings, and up to eight dynamic lighting effects.

The RUNNING-LIGHT-CASAMBI controller delivers a maximum output current of 7A and includes built-in protection features such as over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and input fuse protection. It is designed for use in dry locations and operates within an extended temperature range. Each unit undergoes 100% functional testing and is backed by a 5-year warranty.
